PAYMENT & ORDER

These terms and conditions are between the customer and www.petpillowcustom.com

Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept Paypal as our main payment method. USD Dollars is allowed.

Once an order is submitted, it begins designing and processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. That means that even if you contact our customer service department 24 hours later after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can't change or cancel an order once it has been put into one-of-a-kind production or sent out. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return and Exchange Policy.

Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Customized orders take a little longer process than those traditional finished products. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary. Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 8-15 business days for the order to reach your shipping address within US. 

Along the way, you will receive your tracking No. through email to track the order online.

Please note: The actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service. Notes: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for lost due to wrong shipping information.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Style, Size, and Photo Changes - Within 24hours after you place order

If you change your mind and want to exchange the item style, size, or photo, please send an email to petpillowcustom@gmail.com. Orders can only be changed within 24 hours for the reason of all the products will start drawing or printing by our artist after you place order within 24hours. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Address Changes – Before orders leave our warehouse

If you need to change the shipping address, please send an email to us petpillowcustom@gmail.com with your order number, and the correct address. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility! If your order leaves our facility, the shipping address can't be changed.

Damaged & Misprinted Items – Within 30days after received package

If the product arrives defective, please contact us within 30days after you receive your package. We will reprint and resend it for free. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it out to you within 7 business days.

We run a 30days satisfied guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer reprints at no charge. Please send an email to us and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, our service team will be able to assist you. New shipment will be shipped out within 7 business days.

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be customized on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, Pet Pillow Custom is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concers about the color, material, or size of any items before purchasing.

Cancellations/Refunds

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours. To change images or cancel your order, please send an email to us petpillowcustom@gmail.com with your order number and recipient’s name, so that we can cancel or change your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled or changed 24 hours after you place order. 

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account, and it may take an other billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Exchange & Return

Our personalized item cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. please refer to Return Policy or please contact our customer service for return.

Every order comes with a 30 days satisfaction guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you not happy with your purchase, please send an email to petpillowcustom@gmail.com with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request. Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. Our warehouse address: Room B685, No.14 Shengtang Street, Cencun, Tianhe District, Guangzhou 510640, Guangdong, China. Please note the return shipping fee is responsible of buyers. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.

However, there may be occasions when information on petpillowcustom.com may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. Any such errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information in any way affects your individual order. DISCLAIMERS

2. SHIPPING POLICY

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order?

It usually takes 3-5 business days to process the order and send it out. Once shipped, Standard Shipping usually takes 8-15 business days to arrive, Priority Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Shipping is currently available only to US, CA, AU, NZ address.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is completely out of our control unfortunately. In the event you have not received your order after 4 weeks after shipped out, please email us at petpillowcustom@gmail.com.

If your tracking shows the item has been delivered and you have not received your package, please allow 1-2 additional business days for delivery. If it still has not arrived, please contact us for additional tracking information. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your Junk or Spam folder, and add Pet Pillow Custom to your Safe Senders list. If you still can not see a confirmation email, please email us at petpillowcustom@gmail.com so we can update your details, as this usually means you have not entered your email correctly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you enter a incorrect shipping address, and fail to notify us before your order is shipped, we will not be responsible for the package. Our system automatically sends out order notifications with the shipping address noted, which will give you ample time to notify us of any issues.
In the instance where your package has been sent, there are a few options.
1. Contact us with your tracking number, and we will help you ask if the shipment can be re-routed. You may need to verify your identity, and prove the package is yours. 
2. Enquire at the address where the package was delivered.
3. If the receiver marks the package as "Return to Sender", and it comes back to our warehouse, we will notify you and have it re-sent to your correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not available currently, only orders with United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand shipping address are accepted, but international shipping is our top priority.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

Please note:

1. If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
2. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms.
3. We do not offer overnight shipping.
